Airtel — call is not connected, all lines are busy voice message getting

Please find below details related :
- date of incident - since dec 7th 2017
- number - [protected]
-desc:
Call is not connected, all lines are busy voice message getting everytime i dial a number.
Meanwhile using other service provider, i am able to connect through.
-resolution - request to fix the issue or else ofcourse disconnect all airtel services at my home.

It is very much aggregated to inform you that, last 3 to 4 days 2G network is not working properly and call are drooping frequently. So, you are hereby requested kindly do the needful action from kind end.
