Airtel — call not received

Before I using Airtel they says incoming call free lifetime, call alerts free when switch off.but now they started extra charge for each one. creat 2 new package for make extra 💰 money.in EMERGENCY both are very important but they Don't care people/customer.after using Airtel I started suggest for friends & Relatives.but now they says now we have to paid extra charge because of you.for active bothe service. Airtel gives us wynk music but we don't won't understand what we want .what is important entertainment or in Emergency helpful service.
And suddenly I face one more problem when I using data incoming call not connected, they says switch off ... Many call not received.
All customer are Happy to using Airtel ???
