Airtel — cancellation and shifting of landline | |
We are having 3 landline connection at 67/69, bhagwan bhuvan, bazargate street, fort, mumbai-40000. The numbers are 40028991, 40028995 and 40043021. Since we have shifted our office to vashi we want to shift landline 40028991 and cancel 40028995 and 40043021. We are not able to get any proper guidance from the customer care ivr as there is no physical voice interaction. Please guide us how we can make the above process.
