[Resolved]  Airtel — Cannot call 59059 after porting

I had applied for porting my TATA Docomo number to Airtel around 10 days ago. It got ported yesterday evening. The old SIM card has stopped working. I am not able to call 59059 from the new Airtel SIM. It says that the number is not valid, please check the number you have dialed.
This is my official number and I am not able to even receive calls on it. I need this number immediately.
