[Resolved] Airtel — CCE misinforming customers with false/fake statements to get their plan change to costly plan. | |||
Airtel Call centre representative mis-informed me that my bill is too much, its around[protected]. They fool people by such false statements, and hence convince customers to increase the plan to 1599. Please look into the matter carefully, and try to enhance the processes by removing such fake calls to lure customers. It's disappointed to to hear from Nodal team also, as they have responded to my mail without checking the facts properly. Airtel's reputation is being spoiled by such Airtel teams.
