Airtel — change in the plan and top-up amount refund

Hi,

I am having issues with Internet from October, during month end it stops working. I have made additional payment of 99 twice and it did not help and work. So, I want INR 198 to be refunded.

Current plan to be changed from 1519 to 1199, and current month bill payment will be made as per 1199 plans.

And update the the address as below:
