Airtel — change of bill | |||
This is to inform you recently i have port my 3 no's vodafone no. ([protected]/[protected]/[protected]), since then i have been trying to change my plan to infinity plan but no help got from customer care. Today 25th dec18 i have tried but by mistake the plan 1599 activated in my [protected] mobile no., i have requested to customer care to change or make temporarily maje it as old but my all effort gone in vain. & the solution i got that now i have to use this plan atleast for one the month. I had changed my plan as i trusted that i got best services however here i felt cheated. If the plan will not be changed family inr 399, i will sorry to say again i'll port my no. To vodafone as their policies is much frindly for customers then yours. Awaiting for your response. Was this information helpful? | |||
