[Resolved] Airtel — Change of my My Prepaid No [protected] to [protected] | |||
Recently i have lost my android phone and so when i approached AIRTEL outlet at ghatkopar west near R city mall, they asked me for my id alongwith Rs 25 and have given a new sim and when i activated that it number changed from [protected] to [protected]. this is height o[censored]nprofessional and callous attitude. Moreover when i contacted Airtel customer care it took me 20 minutes to explain him my problem and was given idiotic reply to port my number and nothing can be done, go and meet once again to the outlet of airtel store.. You employ people who are entering wrong names and when ask for correction your people say port your number.
Very Very Bad service at your Ghatkopar west customer outlet...You people are entering wrong number and on complaining they are saying they are nt responsible and port the number..
I dnt need your support, Vodafone is far more better than you.
