Airtel — change prepaid recharge amount from wrong mobile number to correct mobile number | |||
Respected sir/madam, Iam a. Raghavendra using airtel network with mobile number [protected]. Today i. E., 30/08/19 i have done recharge to my prepaid number with 597/-r. Paln with 168 days validity wrongly actually i have 998 paln with 336 days validity. That was done on 25/03/2019 and ihave validity to this plan upto 20/02/2020. So please cancel my 597 plan which is done today and continue my old 998 plan and please recahrge 597 amount to mobile number [protected] i have done the recharge transaction through paytm so please consider my problem and give solution as soon as possible.
