Airtel — Changing owner details for existing airtel broadband connection

Hi Airtel team,

I have broadband connection of Internet with my sisters name.
Due to some reason I need to change it with my name.

I tried reaching out to airtel customer care but did not get any response.

Could please guide me the procedure asap?
