Hi,
With reference to discussion no: ref [protected], [protected] & [protected] for changing post paid plan without my request and acceptance to my numbers form 199 to 299 plan.
This regarding bill plan change consecutively 3rd time with my acceptance. We have same issue in dec 2018 and after brining into nodal officer this as been settled with new 199 paln with my data balance loss as mention in below follow up mail committing for next 12 months.
Now again my bill plan has been changed with informing me and with my acceptance again.
Also on calling customer care they not ready to listen about it and rejected taking compliant on the same.
Hence i escalating this to you to resolve as per previous mail and plan promised by you.
I really disappointed with the repeated harassment with forced bill plan change.
Please to the needful to resolve the same asap.
