Airtel — charged for international roaming services || 45k | |||
Hi, i recently went to maldives on my honeymoon. When i reached there, i was charged around 45k amount for using the data services. These data service is the leakage data which happened without my knowledge. When i got message of 11k, i tried to contact service provider through sms but was not sending. I am struggling with airtel from past 1 month but at first they kept me saying to wait till the bill is generated. Now as the bill generated, i am not getting any help form them. My internal roaming was activated without my knowledge and also the threshold which was 4.5k was not applied when the bill was getting generated. Also when i tried to deactivate the roaming services, message was not sending due to network issue. What can i do in this case. I want to fight this in court.
