Airtel — charging more on airtel postpaid no [protected] for last 6 months

Sir,
I am defence serving person i have taken postpaid connection [protected] for my family from airtel store name ganapathy road, store id tn_11455_[protected] on 22 june 2017 scheme 299 pack call limit 340 minutes and 1.2 gb per month and paid rs 300 for activation charges from employee name miss geethamani. First payment paid rs 365 on 25 july 2017, second payment paid rs 362 on 26 august 2017, third payment paid rs 591 on 26 sep 2017 which is gradually raising amount every month and i went to airtel store when i came on leave in the month of oct 2017, enquired about bill charges but miss geethamani did not give proper reply and she told call charges more and i have asked bill details but she refused to give. Due to my short leave i went back and still i paid bill rs 461 on 26 oct 2017 and my family informed about nov bill rs 569.93 and i shocked and informed my daughter to go and complaint the matter on 12 nov 2017, at that time mr harshid attend the complaint and he told value added service automatically coming and he retrieved value added service then my daughter noticed after 5 days excess charges automatically coming for next month then my daughter immediately went to airtel store met with mr harshid and miss geethamani, she deactivated the services and told it will not come in future its her guarentee and mr harshid and miss geethamani spoken to me on telephonically they promise me we have stopped all the services. But 5 days the next month usage charges go upto rs 632, my daughter immediately informed and i took leave immediately by air to resolve the problem and i went to airtel store on 25 nov 2017 along with my duaghter and enquired about the bill details to mr harshid and miss geethamani they were able to clear the excess bill amount, in mean time one lady staff arguing me about my daughter opened google pages more thatswhy the bill charges more. After one hour arguement i am not satisfied with your staff behaviour and clarification and finally i have sacrificed myself and i told that lady staff to clear all the outstanding bills then she calculated nov month bill and excess amount plus one month rental charges plus additional charges total around rs 1350, after waived the amount finally she told me to pay rs 1, 000 then i told toi give the certificate but she refused to give in writing and finally i have paid all outstanding bill amount and told to change this number to prepaid. Due to your behaviour of your staff myself and my daughter suffered (Mental and physical tension) for last two months and my expenditure for current trip is more than the bill paid to your company for last six months. I am not satisfied with their behaviour to me, as a defence person serving in border and what about illiterate people. Please intervene them and it should not happen to poor and illiterate people.
