Airtel — cheated with me | |
Actually i did a recharge of rs. 149/- from my airtel app via amazon pay (P[protected]. But i didn't received the recharge at that time. After that i called airtel customer care.. They told me that if the recharge is not showing on account then it will be refunded within 10 working days. Also i had contact with amazon customer care (Ref no. [protected]) and they told me that the amount has already paid to airtel so they can't do anything. After that again i did a recharge of rs. 219/- from other wallet because it was very urgent for me at that time. Today i received that 149 recharge but i already placed a complaint against this. Now what i can do with two unlimited plans? I don't need two plans. I need my rs.149/- back. Because i asked them (Airtel) first after that i did another recharge. Airtel has cheated with me.
