Airtel — Cheating and Fraud in Recharge Transactions

On 30/06/2025, I did a Recharge for my Airtel Number for an Amount of Rs. 1849 with a Validity of 365 Days. My Existing Data Balance was showing 72.2 GB and as I use very less Data due to Network issue, I thought that the Available Data would be enough. That's why I didn't Recharge for the Pack with more Data.
Even after doing the Recharge, it was still showing Data available as 72.2 GB, 366 Days Left. But within a couple of days, they stole away my Available Data and now are forcing me to Buy Data at Rs. 149 for just 1 GB.
This is Extortion and Unfair Trade Practice and if I had been informed earlier, I would have done the Recharge with the Data Pack. Please find a solution for my grievance.
