[Resolved] Airtel — Cheating on postpaid bill | |||
I was committed with 2000 minutes of local calls and 1.6 gb 4g data, 200 messages with unlimited calls to cug. But to my surprise it was not the same. The only reason i have switched from vodafone to airtel because airtel offered the same what i have in vodafone. But the 1 st month bill is generated and received through email. The above committed plan is not reflecting in bill. When i had called to customer care they are not ready to accept this and they are saying the plan got changed more than 1 month and are not ready to revise it as per the commitment. This is totally cheating to customers. Please help out to me and take the necessary action on the service provider. If you need any necessary information i am ready to provide the same.
