Dear sir, Our relationship number is [protected] and bill no[protected] bill dated 06/05/2015 for the period 05/04/2015 to 04/05/2013. CLARIFICATION OF ONE TIME CHARGES. With reference to the above ie one time charges, please clarify the charges as we have already paid entire dues. There are no arrears of bill. We did not understand the breakup of account level charges description.otherwise we will pay only the bill charges excluding the one time charges.The bill pertains to the employees of SBI.
