I have port my no from tata to airtel 3-4 years before that time a excutive of airtel have given me Airtel Plan
Plan Details mentions below :
# Rs. 0 rentel
# 300 calls free
# unlimited free call & SMS on CUG no.
# 10 % Discount on total bill.
Airtel changed the plan after 2-3 months
# Rs. 199/- Rentel
# unlimited GPRS
# 300 calls Free
# unlimited Free calls
# unlimited free call & SMS on CUG no.
# 10 % Discount on total bill.
Again on Aug-2014 Changed the plan without any information, now what they changes they are not confirmed I have complaint that my GPRS is not working then they told me that your GPRS unlimed is not free now, you have to pay rs. 99 additional rentel and you will be get 300mb 3g, after that when I checked the invoice detail airtel charged rs. 46.5 +114 +s.tax to my CUG no. which was free as per corprate plan, after complaint they reverse Rs70/-, again I complaint to customer care then they told me that your CUG no will be charged from this month. now I don't know what is my current plan every time I called to customer care they give me surprised that now this and that changes.
I am not able to understand the policy of Airtel before they are selling his connection with offers as per cusotmer need & requirement then after Airtel Changing the plan for airtel need & profit, this is not customer service this is totally cheating with the customers.
My company team member who also buy airtel connection with me, they already running same plan, but as per airtel team member they choose randomly my no. for changing the plan, I think so that any company policy choose no by random if airtel sold a plan to 100 people then plan should be closed for 100 people not for 1-2 persons.
Poor service by airtel team.
