Airtel — company has started plan without my permission.

Plan selected according to trai rules on february 1, 2019 but airtel dth select plan with own basis previously i have plan of 224 rupess per month plan, after channel selection company don't start my selected package start their own plan with 1233 rupess per month called customer care approx 10+ times they don't respond and get call disconnected, here i attached picture of selected plan confirmation and current plan confirmation that company started on their own basis without my permission.

Updated by Vijay Baloda And airtel dth deducted my amount from last 2 days according to plan 1233 per month this plan is activated and amount deducted from my account.
