I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the network issue I have been facing at my residence in:

For the past 2 OR 3 years, I have been experiencing very poor or no network signal inside my home. While Airtel network works fine in nearby areas, inside my house the signal drops completely, making it impossible to make calls or use mobile internet.
I have already tried:
Restarting the phone
Inserting SIM in another device
Switching to 2G/3G/4G manually
Resetting network settings
Contacting customer care (on [date]) – but no resolution so far
This issue is affecting my ability to stay connected for both personal and work-related communication.
Request:
I kindly request Airtel to:
Conduct a site-specific investigation
Provide a timeline for resolution
Suggest possible alternatives like signal booster, Wi-Fi calling support, or plan improvements for coverage
