Sir, I have ported my sim from an airtel agent who called me for porting. She assured me i shall get unlimited calls, roaming free, 100sms per day. She confirmed me that 20 gb 4g deta be given in my package of rental rs. 200 which will be c/[censored]p to 200gb. But i have got only 5 gb. Deta. Her mob. No. Who called me is [protected]. So i request you to discuss with her and to do the needful so that i can get the 20 gb 4g deta. I can't imagine that the airtel can cheat me. With thanks. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I cannot redeem my money from day before yesterday because of security reasons and it is not working please reply.i was redeeming my money but day before yesterday at night it was blocked due to security reasons and after that it is not coming.

I was doing a recharge of rs 399 through airtel app using sbi net banking. the amount is deducted from the bank but my no is not showing any recharge. the transaction id is[protected]. please see to this problem and resolve asap. thank you.
