Airtel — complain of no network coverage at my village even 2g for proper communication

Dear sir,
Please look at the issue, before we migrate to another network, one of the airtel person called me on july-2017, and promised to solve the issue within 60 days, but nothing has been solved, please look out for the issue.

I posted the below complaint long back (June-2017)..

Complian of no network coverage at my village
Sir i would like to inform you that we are facing a problem regarding that there is no 2g or 3g or 4g network in our village which is very necessary now a days due to this we didnt get any kind of internet facilities over here.
