Airtel — Complain:PORT of Idea prepaid number to Airtel POstpaid | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that I placed request to PORT my Idea prepaid number [protected] to Airtel post paid. I got SMS from Airtel on 1st September'2015 that verification has been completed, but till now it has been PORT to airtel. I contacted to customer care today, they informed me Idea is not releasing my number to PORT to airtel. What I understand that nobody will release their customer to other, so I my number will never be PORT to. I think it is an excuse for non-cooperation to me. Please solve this urgently I have Broadband+Land line, Digital TV connection from Airtel, this is the only pending. Please solve it urgently With Regards, BHUBAN C.
