Airtel — complaint about irresponsible behaviour during porting

They approached me for porting out from vodafone to airtel. They initially said that wynk music subscription is free, but after porting out we found that the same is chargeable. We approached the customer care for this, but they inspite of responding to our complaint said that it is only an offer & we should approach wynk directly in order to check d matter & not airtel.
