I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Airtel Fiber Broadband services due to a persistent internet outage that has lasted for over 4 days. Despite multiple complaints raised through Airtel’s customer care (Service Request No: [[protected]]), there has been no resolution or proper communication from their end.
