I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Airtel regarding my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection.

**Complaint Details:**
I had raised a complaint with Airtel (Complaint No: [protected]) regarding my internet service issue. I was assured that the problem would be resolved within 24 hours. However, despite multiple follow-ups, there has been **no resolution**.
No service engineer has visited, nor have I received any proper update from Airtel. Shockingly, in previous instances, complaints were closed without resolving the issue.
Due to this negligence, I am facing serious inconvenience in my daily work. This reflects extremely poor service quality and lack of accountability from Airtel.
**Request:**
I request TRAI to kindly intervene in this matter and ensure that:
1. My issue is resolved immediately
2. Strict action is taken against the service provider for poor customer support
3. Compensation is provided for the inconvenience caused
I am attaching all relevant details and complaint references for your review.
