Airtel — complaint against new broadband connection or on employees | |
Dear team, If your person or your company unable to give us a proper service than please shut-down your broadband service, i think the company will automatically shutdown because of your employees. First, while i was talking to your team for a new connection they were calling me again' again' for the request and when i've paid everything for the connection now they're not responding they are not picking up my calls. They gave me the commitment that after the payment your installation will done within 1-2 hours. Well between 2-3pm i've done the payment and till now no call from your side, i didn't a single conformation mail or message till now. How can trust your in future now.
