Dear Airtel Nodal Officer,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent Airtel DTH and Wi-Fi installation experience.
On [28/04/26], an Airtel representative named Vignesh Saminathan (contact number: [protected]) visited my premises to install a new Wi-Fi connection under the ?599 combo plan (Wi-Fi + TV + OTT). During the installation, he requested that I share the OTP for activation, which I did. However, after receiving the OTP, he failed to activate the service and took away my DTH equipment. Since then, he has not responded to my calls or messages.
This has left me without the DTH service I paid for, and the combo plan is not functioning as promised. I kindly request immediate action to:
Investigate the representative’s conduct.
Restore or replace my DTH equipment.
Ensure proper activation of my combo plan.
Please provide me with a Service Request Number (SRN) for this complaint and confirm the steps being taken to resolve the issue.
