Airtel — complaint regarding airtel secure | |||||
Dear sir I have purchased airtel secure plan with monthly rental 79/- plus gst. As per their scheme it would be the 21 days process to deliver handset with repair. But i claimed for airtel secure on dated 19 sep 2017. After that all process i got my handset on dated 17 oct 2017. Without proper repair. Complaint receipt is attached herewith. Then again i have submitted my handset on 24 oc 2017, to repair. On saturday dated 28 oct 2017 i got a mail from airtel, that my hand set is repaired & it would be deliver within 72 hrs. Now their team is continuously delaying the process its almost consume 43 days that is one & half month. Is this exceptionable from a reputed co. To give a wrong commitment to their costumer. The mails & complaint receipt is also attached herewith for your reference. When i called to one assist they decline me we can not help you in a proper way as you have purchase this plan from airtel. & airtel executive said they do not have a proper information their executive will call me. But i do not have any update from saturday, its already consumed 72 hrs from their commitment. No one is helping me to provide a proper update. Or any tracking number.
