Airtel — complaint regarding auto renewal plan without consent. | |
I activated a data plan on my airtel number [protected], for 24 rupees and after some days they again deducted same amount from my balance without any notification and my knowlenge. When i talk to their customer representatives they are saying that "sir there is information regarding the auto renwal which is return in small font i. E." terms and conditions apply"then i said"does it inform something regarding deduction and auto renewal" and they bluntly refused to pay back my balance. Further, when i ask to transfer to your supervisor or someone who really care about their customers, they bluntly refused to transfer and said do what you can you will not get your deducted balance back. Is this fare to dictate the customer money without their consent and using the service. Please suggest and help!
