Airtel — Complaint Regarding False Promise During SIM Porting

Dear Airtel Customer Care,

I ported my mobile number to Airtel recently. During the porting process, the Airtel representative clearly informed me that I would receive a one-month free recharge after the porting was completed.

However, even after completing the porting process, I have not received the promised free recharge. This is very disappointing and appears to be a false promise made by your representative in order to convince customers to port to Airtel.

I request you to kindly verify this matter and either provide the promised one-month free recharge immediately or take strict action against the concerned representative who misled us.

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to higher authorities.

I hope Airtel will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
