DTH recharge paid but services are not working

Very poor customer service & refund handling by airtel

I am extremely disappointed with Airtel's customer service. I raised refund requests for two of my mobile numbers ([protected] and [protected]) after I was forced to recharge ₹4000 due to a sudden change in their roaming policy.

Cheating and Fraud in Recharge Transactions

On 30/06/2025, I did a Recharge for my Airtel Number for an Amount of Rs. 1849 with a Validity of 365 Days. My Existing Data Balance was showing 72.2 GB and as I use very less Data due to Network issue, I thought that the Available Data would be enough. I live in Bhopal, and I have installed Airtel Xstream Fibre about a month back,
But from 8/Jun/2025 service stopped and not even working 10/June/2025 (today). I have paid for 3 months 2500 INR,

In short, i paid 54.79 INR to 59.67 INR for nothing.

I also suspect Airtel trying this as scalping method.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I do every month recharge regarding the 299 mobile. Last month my validity over by 30 th may. Then i recharge my mobile for 249 and offer valid is 28 days i done recharge today but they giving validity up to 30th June. Making fraud activities. And one more thing like vodafone never carried the internet data for NXT in Airtel. They cheating in this also.

      Talktime scam

      I recharged a few months back on my prepaid airtel connection Rs.550 for talktime.
      Later I realised its totally a scam. Subsequent recharges never offered a simple validity extension. I was forced to buy a "unlimited calls + 1.5 gb/day" deals only.
