Airtel — Complaint Regarding Poor Network Connectivity in Athkoni Village

Respected Sir/Madam,

We are regular Airtel users from Village - Athkoni, PO+PS - Hiramma, District - Sheohar, and have been using Airtel services for the last 8–10 years. Recently, a new tower was installed in our area, but since then, the network is not working properly.

The signal often disappears for 30–40 minutes at a time, which is causing serious inconvenience. It is affecting:

Mobile calls and internet usage

Online classes for students

UPI and other digital payments for local shopkeepers and businesses

Many villagers are facing these issues on a daily basis. The previous tower location had much better and stable network performance.

We humbly request you to kindly look into this matter on priority. Please fix the issues with the current tower or reinstall the tower at the old location where the network was smooth and reliable.
