Airtel — complaint : wave - off | |||
Greeting This is to inform you that their is poor airtel network connectivity in our area. Other places have also good network connectivity, only our area is suffering from this problem due to which we have to face problem on running internet easily and fast. Also internet speed is too slow in our area resulting wastage of data packs and money every time. And last feb bill rs: 554.29 on this no. [protected]. Problem is that why pay if am not unable to enjoying airtel services and internet. If we enable 4g mode, it automatically switched to gsm mode. Also voice calls does not work properly. Its actually the worst. We have also contact to airtel customer care for 5rd times, they registered complaint before 6 months but no updates and you are giving just alots of excuses. Note: and don't give a # reason in revert e-mail Now i want wave off on my bill And kindly please help me out from this situation and then i will pay bill.
