Hi, i have placed a request to convert my postpaid no. To prepaid at an airtel store in pondicherry on 28th july. I did followup with the store as well as customer care but my request is not completed and nobody is bothered about to inform the status. Usually as per the provided the request will not take more than 48 hours which in my case it is more than a month and not yet resolved. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hi, This is to inform that most of the retail shops charging amount for linking aadhar with mobile number.. Since this service is free of cost these guys are making profit out of it.. Immediate action to be taken regarding this

This is regards to my porting from vodafone to Airtel prepaid. They have charged me 450 Rs. As i got to know its free of cost for porting. i request Airtel authorities to refund or take action against concerned person.
