Dear sir, In my tv account balance is showing 124 rs, but my tv account is suspended & when i call customer care they said different thing in each hour. My customer id-[protected] Name-rohit kumar Provider-airtel My [protected]@gmail.com Mob-[protected], [protected] My tv screen showing balance is 124 rs, rather customer care saying that balance is 7 rs, they tariff plan rate different each hour of talk. One day before they waive off 100rs but not added in account. Customer id: [protected], a/c balance:rs.241.77, validity as per current charges: 10-mar-2019, airtel bundle:orissa value lite sd pack, monthly charges: (Rs.275), last recharge amount/date: rs.200, 13-feb-2019 Status given by sms by airtel.
