[Resolved] Airtel — customer executive | |||||
One of the pathetic behavior i have ever faced till today. One of airtel customer care executive during the verification of new sim card abused me. When i call back to airtel customer care one of lady staff told me that call can come from any number for verification, if that person has used such kind of language than file a complain in near by police station. How it is possible that call can be from ant number she told me that, that no is off any third person. Now tell me that the number on calling to which the ringing says "airtel me apka swagat hai" how could be the number of some other person. How such people are recruited and what about their trainings, this is really embarrassing. These people are just doing nonsenses.
