Airtel — D2H installation delay | |||
3 days back I went to Airtel office regarding to change the network (port) Vodafone to Airtel. I desired to select 499 post paid plan but Airtel executive convinced to take me 899 plan and he said next day(with in 24hr) our engineer will visit your house & do the installation. But till now installation not done & call to service engineer no response from him & again i was call to Airtel office executive, he said that “ change your plan otherwise & If the installation does not do what i will do” this is response.
