Airtel — damage during installation and higher prices charged than in promos | |||
I purchased multi dth connection of airtel which as their customer care was for 1100.00 something but when engineer actually installed the same charged 3300.00 and also made some damage to walls When i made the complaint to airtel customer care they said its a third party case and they charge higher. How come i know its third party when the engineer was sent from airtel office to me. New connection of airtel hd is not for 3300.00 and when company is installing just a second setup box and charging 3300.00 in name of wire, camera, recharge and setupbox is not justified. Companies are cheating people and their should be some law against this as if in a single house there are more than one tv than why consumer should pay for connection for each tv Was this information helpful? | |||
