Airtel — Data card service to be disconnected and extra bill generation | |||||
Hi, Airtel has been a huge disappointment for me, I had a 10 gb data pack on my datacard, but with the service quality that that Airtel has been providing I was unable to open simple gmail and google. After musltiple complains on 121 and a lot of false promises from Airtel I chose to distroy the sim. I have informed your 121 customer care multiple times to disconnect this number, since in Udhampur you guys do not have an Airtel store, but they have failed to do so. I will not be paying any bills on this number from 1st July 2015 since I have not been able to use this service due to horrible connectivity that Airtel is providing. If I receive any more herrasment calls from Airtel I will be compelled to file a legal complaint. Kindly disconnect this number.
