Airtel — data not working for 10 days | |||
I am a customer of airtel for over 10 yrs and have postpaid connection of airtel is having problem with data not working for past 10 days. In spite of calling umpteen times to customer care and email, they are not coming up with solution or sending technical people to my home to check exact problem. My question is they would charge 100 rs as late fees if we do not pay airtel postpaid bill on time and even if its 1 day late. They never mind whether it's old customer or new customer they charge, now I am unable to use their data service for 10 days, will they compensate me for interrupted services and I am frustrated by their lacklustre approach.
