[Resolved] Airtel — Data stealing | |||
Hello there, I have been using airtel prepaid connection only for data usage. My number is [protected]. I have been using mostly 3G plan and twice 2G plans. It has been perfect in the beginning. Last three times of my 3G recharge of 2.5 GB lasts only for 30 mins to 60 mins o[censored]sage that is mainly to check mails. First two times i thought something is going wrong in my side. But my last recharge on 2nd of Dec 2014 of 3G data of 2.5 GB literally lasted only less than 1 hr. Now I realized that I have been cheated over this and data stealing by airtel. I feel ashamed o[censored]sing this service from a fraudulent provider. Customer care is a big joke. They will just say what you see from 121. I know I have no data left. But I am telling you it is impossible and there is something wrong. The customer care guy again tell me the same thing "There is no data left". This is unacceptable.
