Airtel — De consolidation of family plan | |
I had put a request for de consolidating my family plan as I wanted to port my no to another service provider. I was told to pay the outstanding due which i paid. The address verification individual came a few days later to verify the address but i had already moved out of that address as i had got posted to another place. I told the concerned individual that i have moved out and he can get a confirmation that I used to stay there from guard. However my verification was turned down. I called up their customer support 4 times and have been to their airtel stores 5 different times in this pandemic time but the issue is not being resolved. Even though I gave them a proof of my previous residence and present address. I asked them to deactivate the primary No for which they are again asking to pay the outstanding due. I had processed the request to de consolidate family plan before and they are again trying to rip of money and charging me for service which i told them to cancel. At the airtel stores, they don’t have a system of giving reference no of complaint or lodging any complaint so there is no proof of lodging complaint also. Was this information helpful? | |
