Airtel — deactivation of airtel dth

Despite reporting several times that we have stopped using airtel dth and replaced it by tata sky, we have repeated calls as to why the dth has not yet been recharged. They have no formal procedure as to how the services can be deactivated. There are continuous calls for the same and they repeatedly ask the same questions... Disturbing during unwanted hours.
