[Resolved]  Airtel — deduction of money without any real cause

Sir this is to inform u that my brother staying in uk and whenever i give miss call to them the airtel compeny deduct rs12, for this when i call to airtel customer service in kolkata branch they reply me that miss call is chargable and its a rule by airtel, i did't understand how it possible this type of deduction they deduct money 8 times during this month, sir airtel customer service supervisor name is sudip nandi and babita roy on dated 25/9/14. sir inspite of this on dated 25/9/14 i recharge rs130 and isd power pack rs151 and i get message at 11.55 am that my recharge is successful but when i call to uk again they deduct rs12 from my main balance as per him my isd pack successful on 12.23pm how it possible that both massage i got at 11.55am, sir whenever on dated 28/9/14 i call to uk my rs96 cut from my main balance . sir by this we r very disturb pls try to refund my money from airtel because they did't listen us, so i request you to please do needful for refunding my money total rs 168 as soon as possible . my mobile no is [protected] west bengal service name -amit kumar shrivastava thanking you
