Airtel — Delay in Connection Activation and Miscommunication on Payment

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with Airtel.

I requested a new connection, and was initially informed that the required payment amount would be ₹1767. However, when I met with the agent in person, I was told that the payment amount was for a specific number, and I ended up paying ₹2500.

After completing the payment and necessary procedures, I was assured that my connection would be activated by 4:00 PM. However, I had clearly requested activation by 9:00 AM, and as of now, I have not received any updates or activation confirmation.

Moreover, I have been unable to reach Airtel support through the app or the customer care helpline for any assistance, which is concerning.

I have attached the relevant file for your reference and request your urgent attention to this matter. I kindly request a resolution and a response at the earliest.
