[Resolved] Airtel — Delay in porting of airtel prepaid number ([protected]) to airtel postpaid number | |||||
Hi, I tried to port my airtel number to postpaid many times. I have submitted request for porting in april and yet no porting is done by airtel. I have submitted my documents 3 times and 2 times they reject due to reason that they will not do verification in delhi. And 3rd time he agrees. Now after 1 month also my number is not port. Regarding this i mailed to airtel they said contact to that executive to whom i request for porting. I am regularly contacting that executive and he always says that yes it will be activated in 3 or 4 days. Also, he has nor return my rejected documents. Airtel is not helping me anymore in this case. My Problem is not solve yet.
No one is helping from airtel. Everybody keep forwarding my request to other. No one look into the matter seriously.
This type of behaviour is not expected from airtel.
Please help me.
