[Resolved] Airtel — Delaying in providing Airtel Broadband connection | |||||
Hello, I am Sushobhit Singh, resident of G 714, Jalvayu Towers, Sector 47, Noida, UP -201301. Actually i am writing to you because i am facing very very unprofessional attitude of Airtel Executives. I have submitted all my documents for new Airtel broadband connection 2 weeks back to the company but till date no one came for installation of broadband. I am helpless since there is a ISP line of Airtel in my society otherwise earlier i was using BSNL and the services were far better than Airtel. This monopoly thing is actually making them do this, in such competitive business you people are behaving like ASS. And considering this attitude yesterday only i have requested all my family members to immediately raise MNP and switch to Vodafone. So, with this attitude Airtel lost 10 customers who were actually loyal to Airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
