Airtel — didn't get my refund for new airtel broadband connection | |||
My name is atri dave and i applied for new airtel broadband connection at my home on 11/9/2017. A person comes to my place on the next day (I, e 12/9/2017). He told me that connection is absolutely feasible at your place sir so i gave him photocopy of my aadhaar card as document proof and cheque of rs. 2475. 1 days after (I, e 13/9/2017) he told me that sir i cannot process your connection as there is no feasibility in your area. He told me he will return the document and cheque by 15/9/2017, friday. Obviously he din't show up, instead he promised me to to get back by monday, 18/9/2017. On monday when i called him that he has lost photocopy of my aadhaar card in his office so he will not be able to return the cheque as well. I called him daily thereafter as i lost my sleep because i was told that my aadhaar card details are lost somewhere and might be in some unsafe hands. Till date i have not got any trails on my lost aadhaar card photocopy and cheque of rs. 2475. The cef no. 7903006 was allotted to me as it says in the form. Dharmesh was the name of the person who collected the cheque. Further details can be seen in the photo of the enrollment form. I kindly request the team airtel to do something about it.
