[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — automatic change of channel

Hi, I am also facing the same issue. When I contacted local Airtel technical guy, he is asking to chane set top box and additional 300 Rs. But I think this issue is moreover about software bug.

Can you please post resolution here to help others solve this issue?

My airtel DTH customer id is [protected]. It's not working properly, there has been a problem with "automatic change of channel" from last 1 year. I have tried so many times to complain about it but no luck.
